The workshop is in Keilor East, so Victorian work is the straightforward case. Site measures, installs and callbacks all run out of the same place that made the door.

Everything in the range is made here: accordion and folding doors and acoustic operable walls. Victorian repairs and servicing run on the same round as installs.

New South Wales

Sydney is the most common interstate destination, and the work is usually commercial: operable walls for function rooms, clubs and school halls, and accordion doors across meeting suites and consulting rooms. Newcastle, Wollongong and the Central Coast are quoted the same way, with the travel line adjusted for the extra distance. The measure is booked as its own trip when the head condition is uncertain, and combined with install when it is not.

Queensland

Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast are treated as one run, so a schedule of openings across south-east Queensland can share a single travel line. Venues, resorts and schools are the usual buildings. Townsville and further north are quoted as a dedicated trip, and the honest answer for one small door up there is often that a local installer makes more sense. We say so before quoting rather than after.

South Australia

Adelaide is close enough to Melbourne that a measure-and-install pairing is straightforward to schedule. Mount Gambier sits on the road between the two, which makes it easier to reach than its distance suggests. Both are quoted with the travel shown as its own line, and a wall that needs the ceiling void sealed first is flagged at measure so the builder can do that before the install date.

Western Australia

  • Bunbury

Perth is the longest trip from the workshop, so it is worth doing for a schedule of openings rather than a single door, and the quote will say that plainly. Panels ship ahead of the install crew, which means the site measure has to happen well before manufacture. Bunbury is covered from the same visit when the dates line up.

Tasmania

Tasmanian work travels by sea, so panels and crew are scheduled together and the install is planned as one continuous visit. Hobart and Launceston are both reachable on the same trip. Halls, churches and community buildings are the common openings, and the older the building the more the measure matters, because a head that looks level rarely is.

ACT and Northern Territory

Canberra is quoted like regional New South Wales and is often combined with a Sydney run. Darwin and Alice Springs are dedicated trips, priced as such, and the panel finish is chosen with the climate in mind rather than defaulted. For a single opening in the Territory we will tell you if the travel makes the job silly before you see a number.

  • A site measure and quote are free within 50 km of our Keilor East workshop. Further out, travel is shown as its own line on the quote, and the further the site is from the workshop, the more that line is.
  • Travel is a separate line on the quote, so you can see exactly what distance costs
  • Measurements are taken on site before manufacture, wherever the site is
  • Interstate installs are scheduled in one visit rather than several, which keeps travel sensible
  • Servicing and warranty work is quoted the same way, with the travel shown

Metro and regional Victoria

Free measure and quote within 50 km of the workshop. Regional Victoria is measured, delivered and installed directly, with travel shown as its own line.

Interstate

Worth doing properly for a schedule of openings. For a single small door, we will tell you honestly if a local installer makes more sense.
